1. Our Policy: All Sales Are Final
We stand by the quality of our products, and all sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds or order cancellations once a purchase is complete.

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing flaw, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will be happy to arrange a replacement.

Initiating a chargeback with your bank will unfortunately result in the cancellation of any pending orders and exclusion from future purchases.
