1. Quality Promise
Every piece is crafted for the grind and the street. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it—no empty apologies.

2. Zero Refunds Policy

All sales are final. Our apparel is a statement; you don't return a step forward.

Exceptions: Manufacturing flaws only (e.g., shredded seams, misaligned prints). Must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

3. Damage Resolution
Email  with:

  • Your Order #

  • Photo/Video proof

  • A detailed description of the issue (e.g., "phambili logo print cracked after first wash")

We’ll ship a replacement or issue credit for a future drop.

4. Payment & Shipping

Accepted: Visa | Mastercard (securely processed via Fourthwall).

Lost or stolen packages? We’ll help you trace it—but blame the system, not us.
